Decisions adopted by the Board of the Financial Supervisory Authority

Bucharest, 12 November 2025 – At today's meeting, the Counciul of the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) adopted measures regarding the functioning of supervised non-bank financial markets – insurance, capital markets, and private pensions, as follows:

A)  Regulation

Rule amending Article II of Financial Supervisory Authority Regulation No. 16/2024 amending and supplementing the annex to Financial Supervisory Authority Regulation No. 36/ 2015 on accounting regulations relating to individual annual financial statements and consolidated annual financial statements applicable to brokerage companies engaged in insurance and/or reinsurance distribution, as well as for amending and supplementing the annex to Financial Supervisory Authority Regulation No. 36/2015 (the regulation will be sent for publication in the Official Journal of Romania).

B)  Authorisation

Approval of applications of S.A.I. Star Asset Management S.A. regarding the authorisation of Mrs. Dănilă Georgeta as a member of the Board of Directors following her appointment for a new term of office and the authorisation of Mr. Dănilă Nicolae-Alexandru as a member of the Board of Directors following his appointment for a new term of office;

Approval of the application of BT Asset Management SAI S.A. to authorise the changes to the documents of the open-ended investment funds: BT Maxim, BT Real Estate, BT Technology, BT Clasic, BT Euro Clasic, BT Fix, BT Euro Fix, BT Dolar Fix, BT Index AUSTRIA-ATX, BT Agro and BT Energy;

Approval of the application of INNO Investments S.A.I. S.A. to authorise the changes to the Rules of the alternative real estate investment fund BT Property;

Approval of the withdrawal from trading and delisting from the ASF register of the shares issued by Poiana Brașov S.A., given the completion of the procedure provided for in Article 115 of ASF Regulation No. 5/2018, as subsequently amended and supplemented;

Approval of BAAR Policies and Procedures for managing MTPL insurance applicable to high-risk insured persons, revised as a result of changes to the methodology for calculating the N factor;

Approval of the new significant indirect shareholder of Porsche Broker de Asigurare S.R.L.;

Approval, upon request, of the withdrawal of the operating license of the brokerage company Axasig Broker de Asigurare-Reasigurare S.R.L., as well as its removal from Section I and transfer to Section II of the Register of Principal Intermediaries;

Approval of the application to approve the amendment to the Prospectus of the private pension scheme for the Privately Managed Pension Fund Metropolitan Life, managed by Metropolitan Life Societate de Administrare a unui Fond de Pensii Administrat Privat S.A.;

Approval of the request for approval of the amendment to the Prospectus of the private pension scheme for the Privately Managed Pension Fund BRD, managed by BRD Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;

Approval of the application to authorise the amendment of the Investment Policy Statement for the Privately Managed Pension Fund BRD, managed by BRD Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.
